Please ensure you have updated your software to fully use the sync function.

My software has asked for my customer reference code
Your customer reference code is typically your email,however if you are one of our customers who has been using MagnaMix for a long time you may have an individual reference code that was created. If your email does not work, please contact us so we can check our records.
My software sync function has asked for a password below my customer reference number
Your software should not require a password. If you see a password field, please leave this blank.
I have a Mac machine and I cannot get the software to work, I receive the error message 'Unable to complete network request to host 127.0.0.1. Failed to establish connection'
Due to restrictions with apple operating systems, two files are needed to install MagnaMix on a mac machine. This error message typically appears when our secondary software has not been installed. Please ensure both files have been installed, for detailed instructions please view our instruction manual.
