Description
- ITOTONE 100BH belongs to an unconventional class of organoclays, being easy to disperse, self-activated organoclay.
- ITOTONE 100BH does not require a chemical (polar)activator to reach the roper level of delamination of the organoclayplatelt stacks.
- In systems like styrene, xylene, 200# solvent oil and compound solvent, pre-gel method is also acceptable.
- The dosage of ITOTONE 100 is typically 0.2- 1.0% based on the toal formulation weight. For special purpose systems (for example in grease) 8-15% is recomended.
